我国高职院校兼职教师问题与对策研究

摘要

兼职教师已成为高职院校教师队伍的重要组成力量，然而目前兼职教师队伍存在诸多问题，如教师素质参差不齐、教学质量难以保证等，这些问题只能在兼职教师的过程管理中解决。%Part-time teachers have become an important part of teaching staff in higher vocational col eges ,but at pre-sent there are stil many problems with them ,for example ,their proficiency is uneven ,and it is difficult to guarantee their teaching quality .These problems can only be solved in the process management of part-time teachers .
