PURPOSE: To remove manual calculation work of monthly salaries and to reduce working load by extracting information for calculating a monthly salary in each part-time teacher from a storage means and automatically calculating a monthly salary in accordance with a rule. ;CONSTITUTION: In a period for determining the employment of a part-time teacher, lesson information having a coincident teacher's number is retrieved from a caurriculum information storing means 106 by using a teacher's number stored in a teacher information storing means 108 as a key through a processing part 104 and a DB control part 105 and extracted information including a teacher's number, a teacher's name, a salary section, and a lesson code is prepared. Then the monthly salary of a part-timer teacher is found out in each year based upon the monthly salary information of each prescribed teacher section and information such as the time unit of a subject for exercises, lessons or the like per student and the total number of attending students and stored in an external storage device as monthly payment information per part-time teacher. The monthly payment information is edited to contents to be easily checked by a person in charge of the operation, a check list is prepared, and after confirming the check list, salary information is stored in a salary master 109.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
