基于国内英语教师评价反馈的国际研究,本研究探讨教师评价的概念和行为框架下的写作过程和形成性评价。结果表明,在中国有深远的教学改革意义,教师评价反馈的写作主要集中在语法和词汇的准确性。反馈的概念和方法需要适时的培训和更新,其中包括教学理论的再思考,教学行为,以及计算机和网络辅助教学的培训,以最大限度地利用教学资源实现对教学的改革。%Based on domestic and international study of English teachers’ evaluation feedback, this study examines teachers’ evaluation concept and behavior under the framework of writing process and formative evaluation. It finds that though there is profound reform teaching context in China, writing teachers’ evaluation feedback mainly focus on grammar and vocabulary accuracy. Feedback concept and methods need in-dept training and renew, which includes reexaminations of teaching theory, reflections of teaching behavior, and computer and Internet aided teaching training in order to maximize the utility of teaching resources and class implementation.
