从胜任力特征角度谈高职院校学生干部的选拔与考核

         

摘要

Research on competency began in the seventy's of last century, focused on the research and practice mainly concentrated in the enterprise, provides the theory support for the development of decision, the protection of corporate human resources. In recent years, the domestic scholars will introduce into the research of the competency of students cadres in colleges and universities and the establishment of the college student cadres competency model. Higher vocational college as an important part of higher education, the student management work in colleges and universities are different. This article launches the discussion about the selection and assessment process of higher vocational colleges student cadre from competency perspective, in order to work for the students in higher vocational colleges, to train the students' cadres especially bring new perspective, to provide new ideas for the future development of student affairs in higher vocational colleges.%关于胜任力特征的研究始于上世纪七十年代,研究与实践的重点主要集中在企业当中,为企业的发展决策、人力资源保障提供理论支持。近年来,国内学者将胜任力特征引入高校学生干部队伍建设研究中并建立了普通高等院校学生干部胜任力特征模型。高职院校作为高等教育的重要环节,学生管理工作的开展与普通高校存在差异性。本文从胜任力特征角度展开关于高职院校学生干部选拔与考核过程的讨论,以期为高职院校学生工作尤其是学生干部的培养带来新的视角,为今后高职院校学生工作的开展提供新的思路。
