This paper probes into the elementary theory and the practice based on the basic concept of the multiple intelligence theory. Taking "substation equipment operation and maintenance"course of Changsha Vocational and Technical College of Electricity as an example,based on the analysis of the characteristics of students' intelligence, this paper explores and performs curriculum goal,curriculum content, curriculum design, curriculum evaluation, and enriches the application of multiple intelligences in the occupation education field.%本文以多元智能理论为基本理念对高职课程开发进行了初步的理论和实践探讨,以长沙电力职业技术学院《变配电设备运行与维护》课程为例,在对学生智能特点调研分析基础上,对课程目标、课程内容、课程设计、课程评价方面进行了探索与实施,丰富了多元智能在职业教育领域中的应用.
