范仲淹的法律思想与法制变革

作为一位以天下为己任的政治家，范仲淹具有修德省刑的法律思想和精审法令的立法主张。在法制变革的实践中，范仲淹又持有令出为行的执法理念、明法慎罚的用法原则。其法律思想集中体现了儒家重情恤刑的慎法精神。%Fang Zhongyan as a politician who regards the whole society as his own duty has the legal thought of strengthening morality and reducing penalty. He also advocates that law enforcing officials should obey the law and adhere to the principles of the law strictly in the practice of legal reform. His legal thought reflects the spirit of Confucian which stands for the value of feelings and using penalty cautiously.
