职前教师教学知识现状及形成途径研究--基于高师院校师范生的调查

             

摘要

This paper mainly adopt questionnaire survey to analyze the state of Normal Student’s knowledge in teaching. The results of survey indicates that Normal Student’s pedagogical knowledge has been unfamiliar with teaching material, no awareness to adopt teaching mode,bad understanding of teaching content, and so on. The author suggests to construct the pedagogical knowledge of Normal Student from the study of teacher training courses, reading professional publication, participating in teaching practice, learning from teachers with good reputation and professional knowledge.%  文章采用问卷调查法对职前教师教学知识的现状进行分析,发现职前教师对教材并不熟悉、无采取教学模式意识以及对教学内容的知识掌握差强人意等。建议从学习师范课程、阅读专业书刊、参与教学实践活动、听讲座学名师等方面建构师范生的教学知识。
