The present invention relates to a knowledge information providing system to activate digital cryptocurrency, which applies blockchain technology to a plurality of exposure advertisements, a plurality of surveys, reply fabrication, propensity verification of a plurality of items, personal information, and digital assets to reduce excessive survey and advertisement service expenses, and a method thereof.
