高职二年级学生公民素质状况调查--以泰州职业技术学院为例

         

摘要

This article takes the sophomore in Taizhou Polytechnic College as the main body ,carries out an investi-gation from 6 aspects such as independent personality ,democratic consciousness ,humanity ,human rights idea ,pub-lic rationality ,public responsibility and so on .The investigation finds that:Higher vocational students ’ citizen quality needs to be improved;The basic knowledge of higher vocational students in terms of civil quality and the choice of behavior pattern show a contradiction according to different specific events , which is mainly due to the cognition based on the experience .The article suggests that we should strengthen the subject status of higher vocational students,cultivate their independent personality ,distinguish moral education and civic education and change moral education to civic education ,improve the teaching quality of citizen education by the action -oriented design ,clear the role of vocational colleges ,and construct actively the democratic atmosphere of living .%以泰州职业技术学院大二151名学生为主体,采取抽样调查的方法,从独立人格、民主意识、人道情怀、人权理念、公共理性和公共责任等方面进行了调查。调查发现:高职学生的公民素质有待提高,公民素养方面的基本认知与行为模式的选择因具体事件的不同而表现出矛盾性,而基于经验的认知是造成上述矛盾的主要原因。建议强化高职学生的主体地位,培养独立人格;区分德育与公民教育,将德育向公民教育转轨;通过行动设计,提高公民教育的实效性;明确院方角色,积极营造民主生活环境。
