亳州职业技术学院课程改革中教师教学行为调研报告--欠发达地区高职院校课程改革中教师教学行为转变策略

     

摘要

A survey of the teachers’ teaching behavior in the curriculum reform in Bozhou Vocational and Technical College indicates that the vocational students are fairly satisfied with the teaching attitude, but voca-tional students’ cognizance to the teachers’ teaching behavior in the curriculum reform is low as a whole. The vo-cational teachers still have some problems in the new curriculum such as more theoretical knowledge, single teaching method and loose practice curriculum evaluation, so they should elevate their level. For the curriculum reform in vocational and technical colleges in less developed regions, the government and education-administra-tion should construct support system, the vocational and technical colleges should improve management mecha-nism, and the teachers should improve the implementation level.%对亳州职业技术学院课程改革中教师教学行为的调研表明:高职生虽然对教师的教学态度比较满意,但对课程改革中教师教学行为整体上认同度较低;高职教师在实施新课程中还存在理论知识传授较多、教学方法单一、实践课程考核不严格等现象,整体水平有待提高。欠发达地区高职院校课程改革,政府和教育行政部门应构建支持体系,学校应完善管理机制,教师应提高实施水平。
