外宣翻译是以传递中国文化和声音为主要目的的跨文化交际活动。中国特色时政术语反映了我国不同社会发展阶段的方针政策,其外宣翻译的质量关系到对外传播的效果和中国国家形象的建构。从英汉对比的角度深入分析“一带一路”术语规范前后使用的各种英译,同时结合一些热门术语的译法提出:中国特色时政术语很难在英语中找到“对等语”,为达到对外交流的双向平衡,突显中国文化的独特魅力,可以异化的翻译策略为主导,用中国英语进行外宣翻译。在翻译方法的选择上,应在保留“中国特色”的同时考虑英语的习惯用法,根据时政术语的类型特点以直译为主,辅以注释和释义,全面展示时政术语的内涵和外延。%International Publicity Translation is a cross-culture communication activity for transmitting the culture and voice of China .China-featured Terms in Current Affairs reflects the policies and guidelines of our country ’ s social development at different stages.Their publicity translation concerns the effect of international communication and china ’ s national image construction .The article analyzed various ways of English translation of the term “Yi Dai Yi Lu” from the perspective of English-Chinese Comparative Studies, along with many other popular political terms to suggest their general translation approach : In order to retain the Chinese characteristics , China English should be used in translation , mainly guided by foreignization translation strategy .As for translation method, priority should be given to literal translation with complementarities by annotation and interpretation , in conformity with the Chinese features and English usages , so as to fully display the connotation and extension of political terms .
