以宣城市承接无锡市装备制造业的企业调查数据，建立Probit二元离散选择模型，采用行为主义研究方法，对皖江城市带集群式承接产业转移的影响因素进行微观实证分析。研究表明，企业的产业链位置、环境成本、市场距离、区域粘性和产业共生度等因素对集群式承接产业转移概率有显著正向影响，企业年龄和国有资产比重有显著负向影响，工资成本和税收成本对转移动机影响微弱且统计上也不显著。承接地政府应创新商务模式，努力减轻转移企业的商务成本，充分考虑产业转移过程中区域粘性的约束，采取各种优惠政策让产业链核心企业落户，加大集群式承接产业转移的成功概率。%With the shift of international division form, the transfer of cluster industrial has become a tendency to Wanjiang urban belt when undertaking eastern industry. The paper sets up probit binary discrete choice model to analyze the influence factors of Wanjiang urban city cluster industrial transfer using the method of behaviorism. Research shows that firm industrial chain position, market distance, regional cohesion and industrial symbiosis degree have significant positive effect on probability of cluster industrial transfer, firm age and ratio of state assets have negative effect, while salary cost and tax cost have weak and insignificant effect. Government should inno vate business model and reduce business cost. Meanwhile government should take a full consideration on regional cohesion, adopt various polices to lure core enterprises to settle down and increase success probability of cluster industrial transfer.
