皖江城市带承接产业转移能力实证分析

摘要

On the basis of establishing the evaluation index system of the ability of undertaking industrial transfer, the paper uses the principal component analysis to measure the ability to certain related areas which are belong to Wanjiang City Belt. From that, we conclude that there are some transparent differences among these cities. Firstly,Hefei ’s ability of undertaking industrial transfer is the strongest, followed by Wuhu and Ma'anshan, then the next are Tongling and Anqing, and the cities which have the weaker power of undertaking industrial transfer are Chuzhou, Xuancheng, Chizhou and Lu'an. Finally, this paper puts forward some corresponding policy recommendations on how to improve the ability of undertaking industrial transfer.%在建立承接产业转移能力评价指标体系的基础上，利用主成分分析法对皖江城市带各地区承接产业转移能力进行计量分析。结论是皖江城市带产业转移承接能力存在明显的地区差异，合肥产业转移承接能力最为强劲，其次为芜湖和马鞍山市，下一层次有铜陵和安庆，最后为滁州、宣城、池州和六安。由此，就如何提高皖江城市带产业转移承接能力提出相应政策建议。
