探讨HAcCP(危害分析与关键控制点)体系在食用油行业中的应用,指出食用油行业安全问题是一个全程的质量控制问题.为了使HACCP体系更好地应用于食用油行业,不仅要注重加工中的安全操作,而且更要加强食用油在流通领域及食用过程中安全问题的关注力度,提高HACcP在实际推广过程中所提出的问题的研究广度和深度,并对食用油产品进行有效分类.%The application of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) to edible oil industry was further discussed, indicating that the safety problem of edible oil area is a problem of quality control in overall process. To ensure that HACCP could be carry out better in edible oil industry, we should not only focus on safe operations in the process of oilproducing, but also strengthen the attention on safety problems appeared in edible oil circulation stage and consumption,enhance the depth and extent of studies on edible oil safety problems generated in the process of HACCP practice, and clas-sify the edible oil product effectively.
