水酶法提取茶叶籽油及副产物茶皂素工艺研究

     

摘要

The resource of tea seeds is abundant but has not been developed and utilized widely in our country. In this paper, the research of aqueous enzymatic extraction of tea - seed oil was performed with cellulase and the leaching rate of tea saponin extracted from waste solution was determined as well. The results showed that the optimum extraction parameters were cellulase dose 60 U/g, solid/liquid 1:5, extraction temperature 60 ℃ and extraction time 3.5 h and the influence sequence was cellulase dose > solid/liquid ratio > enzymolysis temperature > enzymolysis time. Under the conditions above, the oil yield ratio reached 23. 8% and the maximum leaching rate of tea saponin in waste solution was up to 6. 8%. The above results provided basic information and theoretical reference for extraction and development of tea seed oil.%我国茶叶籽资源丰富但开发利用极为有限,采用纤维素酶开展茶叶籽油水酶法提取工艺研究,并对提取废弃液中茶皂素溶出率进行了测定.结果表明各因素对出油率影响次序为酶用量>料液比>酶解温度>酶解时间且均达极显著水平,最佳工艺条件为酶用量60 U/g、料液比1∶5、酶解温度60℃、酶解时间3.5h,验证试验中茶叶籽出油率为23.8%;废弃液中的茶皂素溶出率最高可达6.8%.以上结果为茶叶籽油提取开发提供了基础资料及理论依据.
