独立学院《管理学》通识教育课程的建设思考--基于培养多元智能的视角

摘要

随着国际上对通识教育的日益重视和我国“文化素质教育”的推行，独立学院非经管类专业学生掌握“适用即可、够用为度”的管理知识显得很有必要，这就对《管理学》课程的教学理念和方法提出了新的要求。拟从立体化的教学模式，培养学生多元智能的角度来开展该课程的建设。%Along with the international liberal education and the increasing emphasis on China's"cultural quality education" in the implementation of the independent college,it is necessary for non-professional students to master proper and enough management knowledge.Thus new re-quirements have been put forward to the teaching ideas and methods of this course.A three-di-mensional teaching method has been used to cultivate student's multiple intelligences and to meet the requirements of the course construction.
