To provide a designer educational course retrieval program capable of providing an educational course for complementing a weak point of a designer.SOLUTION: A designer educational course retrieval device uses a machine learning model M that a relation between a feature amount and a delay amount of a path without a timing error occurring in various circuits is learned, to specify a factor of a timing error in a first circuit designed by a designer. The designer educational course retrieval device, on the basis of the number of paths in which a timing error due to the specified factor has occurred among paths in the first circuit, determines a skill rank of the designer of the first circuit. The designer educational course retrieval device refers to a storage unit which stores correspondence between difficulty of designing a circuit, the skill rank of a designer and an educational course so as to retrieve an educational course corresponding to the determined skill rank and the difficulty of designing the first circuit.
