高校学生社团成员心理契约、满意度与离职意图关系--基于自我效能的调节效应

     

摘要

以某本科高校131个学生社团为研究对象,聚焦学生社团成员的离职意图问题,采用分层回归方法检验了心理契约和自我效能与学生社团成员满意度和离职意图的关系。研究结果表明:交易契约对学生社团成员满意度和离职意图产生显著正影响,而关系契约对学生社团成员满意度有显著正影响,对离职意图有显著负影响;自我效能对学生社团成员满意度和离职意图都有显著正影响,对交易契约与成员满意度、离职意图的关系有调节效应,并对自我效能的调节效应进行了分组讨论。%Taking 131 student organizations of a university as an example, this paper focuses on the turnover intention problems of the student community members, using the hierarchical regression to examine the relationship between the psychological contract, the self-efficacy and the satisfaction of the student association members and turnover intentions. The results show the transaction contract produces a significant positive impact on the satisfaction and turnover intention of the student association members and the relation contract has the same positive impact, but a negative impact on the turnover intention. Self-efficacy has a significant positive impact on the satisfaction and turnover intentions of the student community members, and the adjustment effects, on the relationship between the trade contract and the member satisfaction and turnover intentions. The group discussions of the adjustment effect of self-efficacy are held.
