Method for Analyzing Log Files and Servicing It in Real-Time in Benchmarking Form Using Intent and Satisfaction Indices of Users Based on the Characteristics of Internet Contents

PURPOSE: A real-time benchmarking type log file analysis using user disposition and satisfaction index by internet contents characteristics and a service method are provided to compare and analyze average client disposition with other competitive company in a benchmarking form in real time. CONSTITUTION: If an internet user joins as a member of a request company site, the web site server stores the user's client information in a file database(S201). While the member is surfing the site, the server collects and stores client disposition files, such as a click stream, a log data file, etc.(S202). Connecting to a service company server, the server extracts data relevant to the request company from data stored in the database of the service company(S203). The server combines the extracted data with its own data(S204) and fabricates and analyzes the combined data by indexes(S205). The server compares and analyzes average client disposition with other competitive company in a benchmarking form(206).
