Service Method for Comparing and Evaluating Web-Based Contents over the Internet Using the Intent and Satisfaction indices of Users

PURPOSE: A method for comparing and evaluating contents on the internet is provided, so that businesses can improve services and contents according to customers tendencies, by collecting information such as user log-in files, user click streams, user satisfaction, and user requirements for the contents of each site in real time to make a database, and by statistically processing the information to compare and evaluate each site according to indexes. CONSTITUTION: A method for comparing/evaluating contents on the internet comprises the steps of: recruiting members or panels through the web to set up application programs; making the members or the panels connect to the internet to authenticate the members or the panels; storing a log-in file and click stream data generated by web surfing of an authenticated user in a database; perceiving location information of the user on the web to measure contents satisfaction and entire service quality evaluation with real-time surveys and inquiries on a corresponding web page, and storing the measured result in the database; processing/analyzing collected information according to a request of a client business, and analyzing evaluation data of a site of the client business, a rival site, and a highly-ranked site according to indexes to report the evaluation data; and opening ranking information on another web site in public to transmit the ranking information to users.
