理工科高校文科研究生创新能力影响因素研究--基于北京航空航天大学的调研分析

摘要

理工科高校文科研究生创新能力培养既具有创新人才培养的一般性特点，同时也有其独特性。以北京航空航天大学为例，采用主成分分析法，对理工科高校文科研究生创新能力影响因素进行实证分析。研究发现，科研参与度、国际化等因素是影响文科研究生创新能力培养的主要因素，因而培养理工科高校文科研究生创新能力需要高度重视实施激励政策、设置更具吸引力的跨专业课程、加大国际化投入力度以及提供良好的学术与学习环境。%The creativity of liberal arts graduate students at universities of science and engineering not only has gener-al characteristics, but also has its uniqueness. Taking Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics as an exam-ple, the study adopts the method of principal component analysis to empirically analyze the determinants on creativity of liberal arts graduate students at universities of science and engineering. It is found that research participation, in-ternationalization are the determinants to influence the cultivation of creativity in liberal arts graduate students. For the cultivation of creativity of liberal arts graduate students in science and engineering universities, great importance should be attached to the implementation of incentive policies, more attractive trans-disciplinary courses, more in-volvement in international cooperation and better academic and learning environment.
