对经管类研究生创新能力的影响因素研究--基于单因素ANOVA分析

摘要

Through combining the connotation of creative ability with the subject traits of economics and management, and inves-tigating the situation and problems faced with graduate students, the paper inspects the factors which could influence the creative abilities of graduate students. The factors involve subjective rea-sons (motivation, basic ability and innovative awareness) and ob-jective reasons (atmosphere, training program, tutor and policy). By using questionnaire method and one-way ANOVA model, this factors are analyzed, and measures are put forward.%将创新能力内涵与经管类学科特点相结合，考察当前经管类研究生创新能力的现状及存在的问题，从主观（读研动机、创新基础能力与创新意识）与客观（文化氛围、培养方案、导师队伍与政策支持）两个方面分析了影响创新能力的主要因素，采用问卷调查法将这些影响因素量化，运用单因素ANOVA分析，得出能够显著影响经管类研究生创新能力的因素，并提出相应的对策建议。
