检验科实习带教方式探索

摘要

Practice is a transitional stage for medical students fiom students to medical workers;and it is also an integral part of medical education.Medical examination is a closely related discipline which combines theory with practice.The quality of practice teaching directly influences the professional and technical level of medical students in the future.Therefore,it is important and difficult to do the teaching work of interns.This paper summarizes and explores the teaching work in the last few years,so as to provide some references for the teaching of professional practice.%实习是医学生从学生到医务工作者的一个过渡阶段,也是医学教育中不可或缺的一部分.医学检验是一门理论和实践结合得特别紧密的一个学科,实习带教的质量直接影响医学生日后的专业技术水平.因此,做好实习生的带教工作既是重点也是难点.本文就近几年的带教工作进行总结探索,以便为检验专业实习带教工作提供参考.
