分层次带教方法应用于检验科实习生带教中的效果评价

         

摘要

Objective To analyze and evaluate the level with teaching method is used in laboratory teaching of interns in the teaching effect. MethodsTo practice in our hospital specialist laboratory medicine interns 40 as the research object, randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group were treated with ordinary with teaching methods, observation group uses hierarchical teaching method teaching. In July 2012 to April 2015 for each year of laboratory medicine interns were for a period of ten months of teaching and research, ifnally summarize the teaching effect. Results The observation group in clinical practice test score and comprehensive score of two groups of data, were signiifcantly better than the control group, difference signiifcantly , was statistically signiifcant, P<0.05. Observation group of interns satisfaction and teacher satisfaction were significantly better than the control group, significant differences, with statistical signiifcance, P<0.05. Conclusion The hierarchical teaching of the methods used in scientiifc testing practice, signiifcantly improve the students practical skills and practice effect is good, high student satisfaction, teacher also said, the effectiveness of the method signiifcantly.%目的:分析评价分层次带教方法应用于检验科实习生带教中的教学效果。方法取到我院实习的专科检验医学专业实习生40名作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用普通带教方法,观察组采用分层次带教的方法教学,于2012年7月~2015年4月对每个学年的检验医学专业实习生进行为期10个月的教学研究,最后总结教学效果。结果观察组在临床检验实践评分和综合评分两组数据方面,均优于对照组,对比差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;观察组实习生满意度和带教老师满意度均优于对照组,对比差异具有统计学意义, P<0.05。结论将分层次带教的方法应用于检验科学生实习中,可提高学生的实践操作技能,实习效果好,学生满意度高,带教老师也表示该种方法成效显著。
