To provide a trainee doctor allocation device, a trainee doctor allocation program, and a trainee doctor allocation system that prevent a situation in which a medical doctor aiming to become a specialist is not accredited as a specialist without mentioning a prescribed medical treatment result within a prescribed training period.SOLUTION: A trainee doctor allocation device 10 includes training situation information 132, order management information 131, and a trainee doctor allocation function 113. The training situation information 132 manages a remaining period of a training period to be accredited as a specialist, a plurality of medical items, and a remaining number for each of medical items for each of a plurality of trainee doctors. The order management information 131 manages a plurality of medical orders corresponding to medical activities. The trainee allocation function 113 allocates at least one trainee doctor among the plurality of trainee doctors to at least one medical order that is not being executed among the plurality of medical orders, on the basis of the remaining period for each of the plurality of trainee doctors managed by the training situation information 132, the plurality of medical items, and the remaining number for each of medical items.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
