基于 PLC气动式机械手控制系统的设计与开发

         

摘要

为了开发一种结构简单、控制灵活的注塑机取模机械手,文中简述了基于PLC气动式机械手的结构和控制要求,建立了气缸驱动系统和控制系统的原理图,分析了PLC的输入/输出信号和型号,设计了 PLC控制系统接线图、控制程序和状态转移图。机械手利用双电控电磁阀进行气路转换优化了结构,依靠PLC进行控制提高了灵活性,采用非接触式传感器接收信号实现了远程控制。%In order to develop a simple and flexible manipulator uesd for injection molding machine ,the composition and con-trol requirements of the pneumatic manipulator based on PLC was expounded ,principle figure of cylinder drive system and control system was established ,input and output signal and type of PLC were analyzed ,wiring figure,control program and state transition figure of the PLC control system were designed .The manipulator uses solenoid valve for gas path conversion to optimize structure , improves the flexibility of the control system by the PLC ,and receives signal with the noncontact sensor to realize remote control .
