DESIGN DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF ANALYZER BASED CONTROL SYSTEM AND ALGORITHM

A method for correcting measurements of chemical sensors used in industrial installations is provided. The method specifically involves correcting errors known to occur in steady and dynamic states for perceived situations. This method allows correction of errors caused by dead time, false zero measurements and non-linear fluctuations. This method combines automated measurement techniques and human know how to continuously learn and refine the accuracy of the correction.
