T淋巴细胞亚群、NK细胞及B细胞在急性原发免疫性血小板减少症患儿外周血中的表达

摘要

目的：观察T淋巴细胞亚群、NK细胞及B细胞在急性原发免疫性血小板减少症(ITP)患儿外周血中的表达情况。方法选取我院2015年2月至2016年2月收治的30例急性ITP患儿作为观察组，另选同期来我院体检的30例健康儿童作为对照组，采用流式细胞仪检测两组受试者外周静脉血中T淋巴细胞亚群、NK细胞及B细胞水平，并进行比较。结果观察组患儿外周静脉血中的CD8+水平为(28.04±4.16)%，明显高于对照组的(21.21±2.83)%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患儿血清中CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平分别为(54.35±4.86)%、(25.08±3.73)%、(0.98±0.16)，均较对照组的(63.18±4.91)%、(35.27±4.35)%、(1.62±0.30)显著降低，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患儿血清中的NK细胞和B细胞水平分别为(12.35±6.17)%、(12.78±9.03)%，与对照组的(11.18±5.96)%、(11.27±8.95)%比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 T淋巴细胞亚群在急性原发ITP患儿中比例异常，NK细胞和B细胞在儿童急性ITP中的表达未见异常。%Objective To observe the expression of T lymphocyte subsets, NK cells and B cells in peripheral blood of children with acute primary immune thrombocytopenia (ITP). Methods A total of 30 cases of children with acute ITP, who admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected as the observation group. At the same time, 30 healthy children for physical examination in our hospital were chosen as the control group. T lympho-cyte subsets, NK cell and B cell level in peripheral blood of the two groups were detected and compared by flow cyto-metric. Results CD8+level in the peripheral venous blood of the observation group was (28.04±4.16)%, which was sig-nificantly higher than that in the control group of (21.21±2.83)%, P<0.05;CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+levels of the observa-tion group were (54.35±4.86)%, (25.08±3.73)%, (0.98±0.16), respectively, which were significantly lower than those of the control group of (63.18 ± 4.91)%, (35.27 ± 4.35)%, (1.62 ± 0.30), P<0.05;there was no significantly different between the observation group and the control group in NK cell and B cell level, (12.35±6.17)%vs (11.18±5.96)%, (12.78±9.03)%vs (11.27 ± 8.95)%, P>0.05. Conclusion The proportion of T lymphocyte subsets in children with acute primary ITP is abnormal, and the expression of NK and B cells in children with acute ITP is normal.
