原发免疫性血小板减少症患儿中T淋巴细胞亚群、NK细胞及B细胞在外周血中的表达情况分析

Objective To explore expression of T lymphocyte subsets,NK cells and B ceils in peripheral blood of children with primary immunologic thrombocytopenia(ITP).Methods A total of 241 ITP children admitted to our hospital were selected as study group,and 252 healthy children were selected as control group.The levels of T lymphocyte subsets(CD3,CD4,CD8cells) and B cells and NK cells in the two groups were detected and compared.Results The levels of CD3,CD4 and CD4/CDs in the peripheral blood of the study group were significantly lower,CDs1evel was significantly higher,and B cells level was significantly lower than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The levels of PAIgG,PAIgA and PAIgM in the study group were significantly higher,the level of IFN-γ was higher,IL-4 level was lower,the level of CD(16+56) was higher than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion There is an imbalance of T lymphocyte level in the children with ITP,and there was no abnormality in the expression of NK cells and B cells.%目的 研究原发免疫性血小板减少症患儿中T淋巴细胞亚群、NK细胞及B细胞在外周血中的表达情况.方法 选择ITP患儿241例作为研究组,另选择252例健康儿童作为对照组,检测并比较2组患儿T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3、CD4、CD8细胞)、B细胞和NK细胞水平.结果 研究组外周静脉血中CD3水平、CD4水平和CD4/CD8显著低于对照组,CD8水平显著高于对照组(P＜0.05);研究组血清中B细胞水平低于对照组.研究组的PAIgG、PAIgA、PAIgM水平显著高于对照组(P＜0.05),IFN-γ水平高于对照组,IL-4水平低于对照组;研究组CD(16+56)水平高于对照组.结论 ITP患儿机体存在T淋巴细胞水平失衡,NK细胞以及B细胞表达未见异常发生.
