急性白血病患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及NK细胞表达情况分析

摘要

Objective To determine the T- lymphocyte subpopulations and NK cel s in peripheral blood of acute leukemia. Methods The percentages of T- lymphocyte subpopulations and NK cel s were determined by flow cytometry in peripheral blood of 30 patients with acute leukemia and 30 healthy subjects. Results The percentages of CD3+, CD4+, CD8+T cel s and NK cel s in leukemia patients were lower than those in healthy subjects (P<0.01). Non- remission patients had lower percentage of T- cel subgroups and NK cel s than patients in remission(P<0.01), who had no differences with healthy controls(P>0.05). Conclusion The determination of T- lymphocyte subpopulations and NK cel s is of values for assessment of therapeutic effects in patients with acute leukemia.%目的研究急性白血病患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及NK细胞表达情况的改变，进一步探讨细胞免疫功能在急性白血病发病机制中的作用，为急性白血病疗效观察和预后判断提供一定的依据。方法用流式细胞术检测30例急性白血病患者及30例健康体检者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及NK细胞表达情况。结果急性白血病患者化疗前CD3+、CD4+、CD8+T细胞、NK细胞数量和比例与化疗缓解后及对照组相比均偏低（均P＜0.01），处于持续缓解状态的患者病程初期T淋巴细胞亚群及NK细胞数量和比例均较非缓解状态的患者高（均P＜0.01），而化疗缓解组与对照组之间无统计学差异（P＞0.05）。结论细胞免疫功能低下是急性白血病发病的一个重要因素，动态观察患者T淋巴细胞亚群及NK细胞表达情况有助于疾病疗效观察和预后判断。
