浅析生命伦理学“四原则” ——以人类基因组计划为例

摘要

Human genome projects research the overall level of existence, the structure ofgene and function, the relationship between genes and in the bottom of the mysteries of life, the human genome projects are faced by the infringement of privacy and genetic discrimination, the genetic test genetic resources and commercial issues, a series of ethical problems are waiting for being solved, we should uphold these ethic principle： Respect for autonomy, nonmaieficence, beneficence and justice.%人类基因组计划是从整体水平研究基因的存在、基因的结构与功能、基因之间的相互关系，在揭开生命的奥秘的同时，人类基因组计划正面临着隐私权被侵犯、基因歧视、遗传检测、基因资源的商业化问题等一系列伦理问题，要解决这些问题，必须坚持以下伦理原则：尊重自主性原则、不伤害原则、有利原则以及公正原则。
