A discourse on life is a complex task which raises a delicate dilemma for the human being: to discuss about life is difficu not to discuss about it is inhuman. We believe that the subject of our reflection could be ?we have to take care of life?. Since its very beginning life is threatened by multiple perils. Everybody can observe various threats against life which actually can be reported to the faith of humankind. Life as a maximum value is currently included in the equation ?quality-sacrality?, but we often can see life offended or killed in its dignity. That is why we consider that bioethical reflection must include the fundaments of life as well. We believe that it is necessary to emphasize that the origins of care for life emerge from the exigency of life?s value. This value needs the defense of the whole life and in the same time the creation of socio-cultural conditions for the rehabilitation of experience of death inside the experience of life. It is necessary to show that bioethical reflection on life has no support apart from the theological discourse no matter the bioethical approach.
