中学英语青年骨干教师专业成长个案研究

摘要

It＇s a case study of the professional development of a young middle school English teacher. The study shows that profound professional knowledge and abilities form the base of being an excellent teacher; Second, only with strong desire to be an excellent teacher can a teacher keep pushing himself hard and being reflective and creative is also one of the core qualities of an excellent teacher. Third, specializing in self-regulated learning and reflection are the essential means of backbone teachers. Finally, creative problem solving and innovations enable teachers to improve the quality of teaching, is one of the core qualities of the backbone teachers.%本文是对一名中学英语青年骨干教师专业成长的个案研究。研究表明,首先青年教师应有深厚的专业知识和过硬的业务能力,这是成长为骨干教师的专业基础。其次,青年教师只有胸怀远大的专业理想,才会有源源不断的内驱力推动自己的专业水平不断朝前发展。第三,专业自主学习和反思是成就骨干教师的必经途径。最后,创新使教师能创造性解决问题和改进教学质量,是骨干教师的核心素养之一。
