According to the the Faessler＇s ＂teacher career cycle theory＂, analysis of different stages of development of the university teachers＇ career needs, and explore incentive strategy conducive to teacher career development in order to achieve win-win of the teachers and the development of universities.%依据费斯勒的“教师生涯循环论”，文章分析了高校教师职业生涯不同发展阶段的需求，探讨有利于教师职业生涯发展的激励策略，以实现教师与高校发展的双赢。
