高校思想政治教育领域中的励志教育研究

College students have more channels to access to Western hedonism, money worship and other degenerate ideas, and be-cause university students' self-management as the main part, the students with poor self-control gradually become easier to be late, skip-ping classes and so on. This leads to a quality of college students continues to decline. So, how according to the characteristics of con-temporary college students, according to their various colleges and universities features, combined with socialist ideology, integration of traditional culture, build the times for college students inspirational educational theory and educational model system, it becomes ideological and political education important topic of research workers. For ideological and political education of college education in the field of motivational problems of analysis and discussion, and proposed more systematic views.%大学生有更多的渠道接触到西方享乐主义、拜金主义等堕落思想，同时，由于大学管理以学生自我管理为主，部分自制力差的同学渐渐变得容易迟到、逃课等。这导致了高校学生的质量在不断下滑。因此，如何根据当代大学生的特点、根据各个高校自身的特点、结合社会主义思想、融合我国的传统文化，构建符合时代、适合高校学生的励志教育理论体系和教育模式，就成了高校思想政治教育工作者研究的重要课题。作者针对高校思想政治教育领域中励志教育存在的问题进行分析和探讨，并提出一些较为系统化的观点。
