《被压迫者教育学》对幼儿教师培训的启示

     

摘要

《被压迫者教育学》中“解放教育学”的思想,让我们重新审视“幼儿教师需要培训”这一命题的逻辑合理性。目前幼儿教师培训要想取得实效,必须让幼儿教师意识到自己在培训过程中的主体性。可以通过营造幼儿教师发挥自主性的环境、树立可供幼儿教师参照的榜样、完善幼儿教师选拔考评制度等方式,提高幼儿教师培训学习的自主意识,进而提高培训的有效性。%"Pedagogy of the Oppressed"in the"liberation pedagogy"thinking, let us re-examine the"kindergarten teachers need to be trained,"the logic of this proposition is reasonable.
