诱导教学模式下学生主观能动性的开发

         

摘要

为了实现对真实的“求知过程”的了解与掌握,引入诱导教学模式。诱导教学模式通过实施利益激励达到主动追求目标,进而开发主观能动性,贯彻于学习与考核的全过程。通过学生授课、现场教学与学生点评3个环节培养理论分析上的主观能动性。然后通过学生互评,学生命题等学生参与考试革新的方法对学业进行考核。试验表明,学生点评对知识掌握具有积极意义。对学业考核的问卷调查表明,学生对参与考核以及主观考题持明显的欢迎态度。%In order to make students under stand and grasp the true“process of quest for knowledge”, induction teaching model was adopted. Stimulated by distinct interest of both sides, teachers and students take the initiative to pursue the goals. This practice runs through the whole process of studying and assessing. Within this process, subjec tive initiative development could be on the way. Through student teaching, field teach ing and student comment, subjective initia tive of theory analysis can be achieved. Mutual assessing among students, students proposition and other reforming methods were introduced into scholarship assessing. Tests showed that student comments helped themselves grasp knowledge. Stu dent-oriented questionnaire survey was fi nally conducted on reforming of scholar ship assessing. It was shown that students welcome and accepted subjective question and participation in assessing.
