摘要

The Special Issues Analysis Center (SIAC), as a technical support center,provides assistance to the Office of Bilingual Education and Minority Languages Affairs (OBEMLA), U.S. Department of Education. The purpose of the SIAC is to support OBEMLA in carrying out its mission to serve the needs of limited English proficient (LEP) students. In this role, the SIAC carries out data analysis, research, and other assistance to inform OBEMLA decision-making. Volume V consists of the Task Order 2 Focus Group Report on Active Learning Instructional Models for LEP Students.
