RP-HPLC同时测定胃苏颗粒中间体中3种黄酮苷的含量

摘要

Objective To develop a quantitative method for determination of naringin, hesperidin, and neohesperidin in intermediate product of Weisu Granules simultaneously. Methods Diamonsil C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm) was adopted. The mobile phrase is CH3OH-CH3COOH-H2O (35:4:61), with the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detective wavelength was set at 283 nm. Results The linear ranges of naringin, hesperidin, and neohesperidin were 1.58-189.55, 0.37-44.57 and 0.41-48.72μg/mL, respectively. The average recoveries were in the range of 99.42%-108.16%, with RSDs not more than 2.0%. Conclusion This method is convenient and accurate, and can be used in the determination of intermediate product of Weisu Granules.%目的：建立胃苏颗粒中间体中黄酮类成分柚皮苷、橙皮苷、新橙皮苷的含量测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法（RP-HPLC），色谱柱：Diamonsil C18柱（250 mm×4.6 mm，5μm）；甲醇-醋酸-水（35：4：61）为流动相，流速1.0 mL/min；检测波长283 nm。结果柚皮苷、橙皮苷、新橙皮苷线性范围分别为1.58~189.55μg/mL（r=1.0000），0.37~44.57μg/mL（r=1.0000）和0.41~48.72μg/mL（r=1.0000）；加样回收率在99.42%~108.16%范围内，RSD≤2.0%。结论该方法简便、准确，具有良好的重复性和稳定性，可用于胃苏颗粒中间体中黄酮类成分的含量测定。
