以五大发展理念引领高校实验室建设与发展

摘要

理念是行动的先导.党的十八届五中全会提出的"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"的五大发展理念,是推进高校实验室建设发展的根本指针.高校实验室建设发展应深入挖掘五大发展理念的基本内涵,坚持以创新发展为动力,以协调发展、绿色发展和开放发展为策略、路径和方式,实现高校实验室的共享发展,为高校创新型人才培养和高等教育的内涵发展提供基础保障.%Concept is the precursor of action.The five major development concepts of "Innovation,Coordination,Green Development,Opening and Sharing," which were proposed at the Fifth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,are a fundamental guideline for promoting the development of the university laboratory construction.The laboratory construction and development in colleges and universities should move forward with deep understanding of the basic connotation of the five major development concepts by adhering to the innovation as a drive for development,and taking the coordinated development,the green development and the open development as the strategy,path and way so as to realize the shared development of the university laboratory,providing the basic guarantee for the cultivation of innovative talents and the connotation development of higher education.
