面向高校创新人才培养的团队'浸润'模式探索

摘要

以协同创新教育理念为指导,提出"四化四导"构建团队"浸润"培养模式.该模式利用科研项目为创新驱动源,采取团队多层次自我管理和协同学习方法,实施成果导向教育,探索意识浸润和思维浸润的复合型创新人才培养有效途径.实践证明,团队"浸润"模式可有效提升复合型创新人才培养质量.%Guided by the idea of the collaborative innovation education ,the"Infiltration" training model for the team construction by the "Four-measures and four-guidance" method is put forward .In this model ,scientific research projects are used as the driving source for innovation ,and the team multi-level self-management and collaborative learning method are adopted .The outcome-based education is exercised ,and the effective way of training the compound innovative talents with the infiltration of consciousness and infiltration of thinking is explored .Practice proves that the team "Infiltration" model can effectively improve the training quality for compound innovative talents .
