浮空器在工作状态下的实时力学性能的测定,对掌握浮空器的安全状况非常必要。通常所采用的力—位移方法无法进行浮空器实时力学性能的测量。文章利用大应变应变片对囊体材料进行测试,研究了应变片在非线性应变中的表现特性,通过对测试数据的分析,揭示了应变片中单片、花片、粘合剂,加厚垫层等对测试结果的影响,验证了应变片在浮空器囊体材料中测试应用的可行性,为其在浮空器囊体力学性能实时中的应用提供技术支持。%The real-time test of mechanical properties of aerostat in working is very necessary to grasp the aerostat security situation. The method of force-displacement cannot be applied in real-time measuring of mechanical properties. The author used large strain sheet to measure the mechanical properties of aerostat envelope materials. The test data were studied to uncover the performance characteris- tics of strain sheet in the nonlinear strain. The paper reveals that the single, flower piece, adhesives, thickened layer have influence on the test results and verifies the feasibility of application of the strain sheet in aerostat material test.
