The effect of ascorbic acid on stability of sulfate Ni–Fe alloy electroplating bath was studied. The bath composition is: NiSO4·6H2O 300 g/L, NiCl2·6H2O 40 g/L, FeSO4·7H2O 0.75 g/L, H3BO330 g/L, sodium dodecyl sulfonate 8 mg/L, and ascorbic acid 0.00-0.15 g/L. It is shown that ascorbic acid has an inhibition effect on the oxidation of Fe2+. The bath containing ascorbic acid 0.10 g/L has the best stability, and produces coatings with improved corrosion resistance.%研究了抗坏血酸对硫酸盐体系电镀Ni–Fe合金镀液稳定性的影响,镀液(pH=4.2)组成为:NiSO4·6H2O300g/L,NiCl2·6H2O40g/L,FeSO4·7H2O0.75g/L,H3BO330g/L,十二烷基磺酸钠8mg/L,抗坏血酸0.00~0.15g/L.结果表明,抗坏血酸可抑制镀液中Fe2+的氧化.当抗坏血酸质量浓度为0.10g/L时,镀液的稳定性最好,镀层的耐蚀性得到提高.
