从教师专业知识状况看教师教育课程改革

     

摘要

课程改革的深入推进与发展,越来越凸显教师专业发展的重要性。在教师专业发展过程中,专业知识发展是一个核心要素。测试和调查发现:不同学科专业的师范生在学科知识和学科教学知识方面存在差距;师范生与在职教师在课程知识方面存在差异;不同类型院校的师范生的专业知识水平存在差异;教育见习和实习的价值被一致认同。这些发现给我们的启示是,教师教育课程不仅要关注专业课程设置与要求,还应关注学科专业之间的差异,密切联系基础教育实际,进一步加强教育见习和实习。%With the in-depth implementation of curriculum reform in basic education, the importance of teacher's professional development is gradually highlighted. The professional knowledge is the essential element of teacher's professional development. The results of test and investigation show that there are gaps in both subject content knowledge and pedagogical content knowledge between the pre-service teachers who major in different disciplines; the gap also exists in curriculum knowledge between the in-service teachers and the pre-service teachers; the pre-service teachers from different types of teacher education institutions show different performance in their professional knowledge; and the practicum and observation in school site received high comments in their usefulness in facilitating teacher's development of professional knowledge. Thus, teacher education programs should not only focus on the general curriculum structure and its requirements, but also consider the differences between the programs that cultivate teachers for different disciplines, teacher education should make close contact with basic education, and further strengthen the pre-serviee teacher's practicum and observation in school site.
