城乡教育一体化背景下乡村学校文化的现实形态与价值取向

         

摘要

城乡教育一体化对乡村学校文化发展提出了新的要求,乡村学校要坚持教育的基础性,突出乡土文化特性和加强城乡学校之间的沟通交流。当前乡村学校文化存在着升学的意向追求与现实可能,片面教学与完整育人,移植城市现代文化与传承乡土传统价值,离乡脱农与留乡为农,发展普通教育与提供职业技能的困惑与纠结。乡村学校文化要基于城乡教育一体化的统筹原则,明确新的价值取向:提高乡村学生基础素质与培养合格公民,培育乡村学生对乡土文化的认同和自信,满足其多元发展需求,服务于城乡教育与文化共同发展。%To integrate urban and rural education requires us to develop rural school culture,so rural schools must lay emphasis on basic education,stress local cultural identity and strengthen the communication between rural and urban schools.Currently to develop rural school culture there exist such confusions:whether to pursue high admission rates or to live with the unfavorable reality;whether to educate in a comprehensive way or to emphasize only students' intellectual growth;whether to introduce modern urban culture or to carry on the traditional value of rural culture;whether to get away from home and farming or to stay home farming;and whether to develop only general education or to teach vocational skills as well.Rural school culture should adhere to the coordination principle of integrating urban and rural education,and take the following new value orientations:promote basic qualities of rural students and cultivate them to be qualified citizens;develop students' acceptance of and self-confidence in their local rural culture;meet the demands to develop rural culture by varied means;and serve the aim of developing education and culture simultaneously in urban and rural areas.
