近年来,农村教师质量研究成为国内农村教育研究领域的一大热点。国内以往相关研究所涉及的主要内容有农村教师质量现状、农村教师质量问题成因、农村教师质量提升策略三个层面。研究虽取得较为丰硕的成果,但尚存在内涵不够明确、内容不够深入、视野比较狭窄、方法比较单一等不足之处。今后相关研究要明确农村教师质量的内涵,深化研究内容,开展比较研究,整合研究方法。%Rural school teacher quality has become a hot spot in the research field of rural education in recent years .Previous research has covered the status quo of rural school teacher quality , the causes of the problems concerning rural school teacher quality , and the countermeasures . Despite the great achievements , there still exist some pitfalls in previous studies , such as inexplicit connotation , not-rich-enough contents , narrow perspective and unitary methodology . The future research should pay more attention to clarifying the connotation ,deepening the research content ,carrying out comparative studies , and integrating multiple research methods .
