中医学专业儿科方向实施本科生导师制的探讨

The tutorial system for undergraduates is a new education model which is personalized by tutors.This paper analyzes the background, scheme, significance and prospect of the implementation of tutorial system for undergraduates in pediatrics of TCM specialty. The tutorial system for undergraduates is a education model to realize the integration of the school education and the inheritance education.It meets the needs of cultivating TCM pediatric talents in the new era.It 's an effective approach to improve the talent cultivation quality and shorten culture time.
