随着医学模式的转变，人们意识到传统治疗和护理疾病存在的局限性以及生命质量的重要性，将研究范围逐渐扩展并聚焦于从生到死的整体过程。护理人员在临床工作中不可避免地会接触重症或者临终患者，因此护理人员树立科学的死亡态度，才能更好地帮助临终患者正视死亡、承认死亡，以良好的心理状态接受死亡。通过运用文献检索的方法，对基本概念进行梳理，分析总结目前护理人员的死亡态度现状及影响因素，为探索和构建符合我国文化适应性的临终关怀和死亡教育课程提供科学的理论依据，推动我国临终关怀护理和死亡教育事业的发展。%People have gradually realized the limitation existed in traditional treatment and disease care and the importance of life quality with the conversion of medical model, then extended the research scope and focused on the whole process of birth to death. Nurses were inevitable to contact severe or dying patients during their clinical work. Therefore, nurses should build a correct attitude of death so that they could help dying patients to face death, acknowledge death and accept it with a positive attitude. With the method of literature search, this article combed the basic concepts, analyzed and concluded the status quo of nurses' death attitude and the influence fac-tors. It offered a scientific theoretical foundation to explore and construct hospice care and death education course, which conformed to our country culture adaptation, and promoted the development of hospice care and death educa-tion career in our country.
