台州市黄岩区居民食品安全知识、态度及行为调查

         

摘要

目的 了解台州市黄岩区居民的食品安全认知与行为现状,为监管部门实施<食品安全法>提供参考.方法 采用分层抽样与主观抽样法,共抽取3个地区的350名居民进行问卷调查.结果 居民食品安全平均得分为(58.33±31.67)分,不同人群的食品安全知识得分有差异.居民最常选择超市等正规场所购买食品,最担忧以假充真、以次充好的食品安全问题,普遍要求加强卫生监管.结论 居民的食品安全知识掌握一般,应运用各种媒介开展食品安全知识的宣传普及,同时不断加强监管力度,共同保障居民饮食健康.%Objectives To understand the status of residents' cognition and behavior toward food safety in Huangyan district and to provide the reference for the regulatory authorities to implement the Law of Food Safety. Methods 350 Residents were selected from three different regions by cluster purposive sampling using self-developed questionnaires. Results The average knowledge scores of the residents were 58.33± 31.67, significant differences existed in scores among different sub-groups. Residents often go to Supermarkets and other regular places to buy food and the most important consideration was good quality. The most worried food safety issue was impurities orshoddy food; the residents generally required that the supervision should be strengthened. Conclusions The residents' knowledge level of food safety is common and it is necessary to further carry out the propaganda and popularization about food safety knowledge through various media and strengthen food safety control simultaneously so as to protect the health and dietary safety of residents.
