PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relieve the feeling of burden of a customer and to obtain an effective investigation result about customer attitude.;SOLUTION: This method for analyzing customer attitude includes the steps for: reading an article code and a privilege flag to identify an article 101 in which the customer is interested from an IC tag 201 attached to the article 101 among the articles 101 to 10n; confirming the customer attitude (such as reasons of purchase when the article 101 is purchased, reasons of non-purchase when the article 101 is not purchased and requests) about the article 101; and storing information about the customer attitude in a storage part 42 by associating the information with the merchandise code.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
